Program description

Mendy PRO LLC offers text messaging for customer-requested home repair and maintenance services. Messages may include service-request follow-ups, estimates, appointment confirmations and rescheduling, technician arrival updates, and customer support.

Consent and frequency

You receive these texts after agreeing to receive service-related messages from Mendy PRO LLC. Giving us a phone number alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies according to your service requests and conversations.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your wireless provider for details. Delivery depends on your provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages
